ReplyDeleteGreat plan! Good luck!
DeleteI am tracking food again and focusing on more water!
ReplyDeleteGreat plan! Good luck!
DeleteI've been having little motivation for a while and started going back to school, which made workouts few and far between. It's time to get back into my groove now!
ReplyDeleteI hope this helps you :-)! Good luck!
DeleteWhole 30 Round II! First round finally eliminated the mysterious (daily, nonstop) hives I was dealing with that no one could explain (not even the allergist...who suggested I just take a daily pill to "manage the symptoms"!) -- Round II is for life!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better! Good luck!
DeleteI am currently doing my "All Around Body" challenge for this Month and lifting weights on the side. I'm looking forward to completing challenges for each Month. "MOTIVATION" is key! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your challenge!
DeleteI will drink more water & plan my workouts a week in advance!
ReplyDeleteKeep taking spin classes, barre classes and add Pound classes to the mix!
ReplyDeleteI'm already a gym rat and cleaning eating freak, so my getting healthier in 2014 is seeing a counselor to get healthy spiritually and emotionally so I can be the best mom, wife, and child of God He has called me to be!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a wonderful plan!
DeleteI got back into weights and running and my hubby got zumba on the xbox for me :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice gift from your husband! Good luck.
DeleteI told EVERYONE that I signed up to run the OKC marathon ... that way they know if I'm not training. Shame is a great motivator :) plus, I put a HUGE calendar in my office with my training schedule!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you got this :-)! Good luck!!!
DeleteI've had a bad habit of eating really clean during the week and then blowing it on the weekends -- no more!
ReplyDeleteJust keep it to one cheat meal on the weekends, that helps me with staying good on other days.
DeleteAfter picking up a magazine and reading the 12 week training plan they have for both diet and exercise. After prepping for my first fitness competition last year I find the plan and outline a refreshing place to start again and get refreshed on my workouts! Plus I've got a marathon this April! Yay!
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your marathon!
DeleteGetting the whole family to eat clean! I eat pretty clean most of the time, but trying to get the hubby and kids on board by making delicious recipes. :)

Good luck! Sounds like a good plan.
DeleteI'm a 48 year old mom of 4 and Grandma of 1. I am working with a trainer to compete in my second Figure Competition this July. My goal is to be in better shape than I was in last years competition.
ReplyDeleteWow sounds amazing! Good luck on your Figure Competition!
DeleteI will continue to get up at 5:00 A.M and go to the gym and keep reminding myself of my goals and dreams. I will tell my self to be patient when I feel progress is slow. I will go to bed earlier. I will pack my meals when I know I won't be home. I will keep a positive attitude and encourage others in their own journey. :)
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Good luck!
DeleteHubby and I are working out and eating better and cherishing every moment we have with our precious children :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you husband is in with it! Good luck!
DeleteI plan to push myself beyond my perceived limits. If I think I can only run one mile, I'll run 2. If I think I can only do 10 push ups, I'll do 15. In the past the only hindrance has myself, but not this year. 2014 is all about testing those limits, then pushing past them.
ReplyDeleteI signed up for a 28 day intensive barefoot bootcamp! Ariel yoga to build upper body strength! so excited.
ReplyDeleteThe barefoot bootcamp sounds fun! Good luck!
DeleteGiving up wine and stepping up workouts.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
DeleteI will get back on track with my workout routine and stick to my goals by tracking progress in MyFitnessPal.com
ReplyDeleteEmily take some pictures of yourself too! It always helps.
DeleteMy changes are mostly things I've done before, but getting back on track I am:
ReplyDelete1. scheduling my workouts as you would other activities, so that I can't schedule non-workouts during that time. It's locked in, no time excuses. Also WHICH exercise I do is scheduled, so I don't waste time trying to make a decision on what to do. Thanking p90x for taking those decisions out of my hands. (3rd round, this time with p90x3)
2. Meal prep Sunday- do basic prep, write down what dinners I'm having what nights of the week. Half the battle to healthy eating is making choices quickly enough to do the cooking. If I don't have to fret about WHAT to make, I save myself 20 minutes or so.
3. Finally bought my heart rate monitor to motivate myself to work hard during my workouts
4. Keeping it organic, keeping it all ingredients I can pronounce, keeping ingredients lists LOW. If my great grandma wouldn't have ate it, I'm not eating it (except I have more veggie variety, but she would have ate those had it been accessible to her).
Pamela that sounds like a great plan! Good luck.
DeleteI will life weights twice a week with a buddy and do one hour of cardio 5 days a week. Today was day 1! I received one of her tanks for Xmas and I LOVE it!! I would love another one. Thank you for offering this giveaway! :-) <3

DeleteI'm having my second child in a few weeks so I will continue to work out as much as I can up to the birth and then be very gentle with myself as I recover and get to know my baby and my post-baby body! I want to encourage positive self-talk now, and always, and appreciate the wonders of the human body...not just for what it looks like but what it can do!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and good luck!
DeleteI am a full time occupational therapy student, mother and future wife! I am working on creating a happy healthy family so we can live long lives together! DeleteI am starting the boxing gym this week. I've always been deathly afraid of group classes, but I love boxing, and this is a way to break out of terrible solitary workouts.
ReplyDeleteI am sure you will have so much fun with it!
DeleteBeing an ultrarunner (on trails) already, my lifestyle should be healthy. However, I think I might get better results (and sleep) if I stop eating sugar (and candy). So that is what I'll do. Oh and wearing FD clothing (I have several items already) is always an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteMy goal is rather different than other but that is because I am recovering from an eating disorder so my goal is to follow my meal plan, get stronger, and be able to exercise again! (for fun, not to burn calories). FD is my favorite and her shirts are so inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteOne step at a time! I wish you a good recovery!!!
DeleteSamantha you won! Please E-Mail me (littleswitzer@gmail.com)!!!
DeleteWorking out 3-4x a week as I have been doing and revamping my diet (what im currently doing isnt working). Trying to keep my head up.

ReplyDeleteGood luck on your half marathons!!!
ReplyDeleteMy goal for 2014 is to run 1000 miles - I have 29 in the bank already. :) I'm also giving myself "running tips" - $1 into a jar for every mile I run, and at the end of the year, it's all getting spent on ME!! I'm also doing the 30 day Ab Challenge - on Day 5!!
