My fitness journey: I was always an active person. Growing up I did rhythmic gymnastics, rode horses and at the age of 16 years old I started running. For years I was that typical cardio girl and spend hours on the treadmill or running outside with my dog but I never got the results I wanted. In 2005 I joined the Swiss Military as a dog handler. I was always the smallest one at 5'2 inches (1m 58 cm) but because I loved to push myself I got quit strong and could keep up with the guys. That is when I found my passion to push myself to the limit.
I didn't start lifting weights regularly until spring 2012 when I started Jamie Eason's LiveFit-Trainer http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html. I changed my diet to clean eating, lifted weights and with that I lost fat and built muscle. I loved the way I felt and the changes in my body. For the first time in my life I started to like myself. Since then I try to find my balance as a military wife between a busy life and becoming a better, healthier ans stronger me!
Currently I am studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and try to make 2014 my best year yet!
