Next goal HONEYMOON

My husband and I got married this July. Unfortunately we were too busy with moving from Canada to the USA, settling in and a family urgency.
We finally just booked our honeymoon (St Lucia, Caribbean) last night and I am super excited.

So for the next few weeks I will make sure that I keep my meals clean and don't skip on my workouts. I probably will also do more cardio in hope to lean out.

Since moving to the USA I gained some weight. We had to sell our house in Canada and couldn't move in our house here right away so we stayed in hotels for almost three weeks. Eating out is fun and I enjoy it but three weeks in a row...no thank you!

A great way to stay on track with the food is my fitness pal (http://www.myfitnesspal.com). You can track your goals, keep a food diary and make sure you get your daily water intake. I personally try to stay in the 40-40-20 range (Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat) and around 1400-1500 calories a day.
