Two weeks ago we bought a Crock Pot. I do not know who invented it but it is the best invention ever. It is so easy! You put some ingredients in the Crock Pot and let it cook for a few hours while you go to work.
I do prepare food once a week so that I have clean food's in the fridge but most of the time it is just baking some sweet potatoes or I make some Quinoa/Rice. The rest I make fresh every day.
