Staying healthy on vacation

On my honeymoon even I was eating everything I wanted and I was drinking I still tried to make healthier choices on most of the days and I stayed active. From the seven days we were gone I was drinking alcohol on four (I am not a big drinker in general) and I really indulged on food on three days. Plus I was at the gym four times which definitely helped me because I actually lost 3 pounds I found out last night :-). I definitely take that before the holidays!

They had an awesome breakfast buffet with everything. I had often fresh fruit, an egg white vegetable omelette and oats with coconut flakes, honey, peanut butter (wasn't all natural) and skim milk. They even had soya milk but I do not like it.
Unfortunately I do not have a picture of it but for lunch I often had fresh fish with vegetables or a salad with chicken or fish.

I was also super happy with the gym equipment they had. I did on one day legs, on two other once cardio, abs and some overall body workouts and on the fourth I did a HIIT workout with sprints on the treadmill. My workouts were short between 30-45 minutes but sweet :-).
If you are on vacation do you still try to make healthier choices and stay active or do you just don't care and enjoy your time off?
