Christmas is over and Boxing Day is here. In a few days it will be New Years Eve and we end one year and start a new one. I am not a person who makes New Year's Resolutions but I always make a plan. Every year I try to think about things I want to accomplish for the next year and how I will do that. It doesn't matter what it is...education, relationships, health or fitness.
Especially for my fitness goals it helps me to know what my next few steps will be so I have a plan and the chance to reach my goal is higher this way.
