Today after my workout I made myself my new discovered coconut protein banana shake (so good), a cup of green tea and a gluten free rice cracker with all natural peanut butter, low sugar jam and banana's on top. Super yummy!
The protein shake I started making after our honeymoon. We always had a shake at the pool bar with banana and coconut and it was so good. You take:
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 - 1/2 Banana
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
ice
1-3 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
I sprinkled some cinnamon in mine too.
