We had an amazing time on our Honeymoon in St Lucia. This island is a paradise. We stayed at a resort but had access to two other once. The people were super friendly, the beaches are beautiful and the food was amazing.
And yes I ate and drank and had a great time! Do I see some changes of course but it was worth it :-).
Now we are back home and I will try to get as fast as possible back into my routine so that I am ready for the holidays. I will keep my cardio longer and intense (HIIT) over the next few weeks because I know over Christmas I will eat and drink more. I also hope that my metabolism get's back to normal soon. On our vacation I didn't eat ever three hours so I screwed it up and I do pay the price for it but I am not going on my honeymoon all the time.
