We were busy on the weekend with Christmas Party, getting everything organized around the house and going to the vet with my dog :-( so I didn't prepare any food.
That is why I stood in the kitchen for almost two hours last night after work and made a clean turkey chili (my husband's wish), sweet potatoes, boiled some eggs and prepared overnight oats.
We had Chili with sweet potatoes mixed for dinner. I topped mine with greek yogurt instead of sour cream…yummy! I am keeping my meals clean during the week so I can have a treat on the weekend.
