Weekends always go by way too fast and this weekend felt especially short because I was hungover on Sunday ;-). We had a fun night out on Saturday night at a Mad Men Party and I had a little bit to drink. I am not a big drinker at all and I rarely have more then two glasses of wine and most weekends I do not drink at all.
On Sunday we slept in and I did something else that almost never happens (maybe once or twice a year)..….we went to McDonalds. It was good. A treat I don't allow myself a lot and I don't want to because I do prefer healthy food over fast food but life happens. The rest of the day I ate very clean and I just had a salad for dinner. I also had the day off exercising but took my dog for three nice long walks.
I did some prep cooking today too. I made some chicken, boiled eggs and prepared some overnight oats but that is it. We have four days left before we are heading to Vancouver for Christmas. I will be very strict again during the week, work out hard and I will allow myself some treats again on the weekend.
