Over time I learned to deal with my cravings and here are some little "tricks" that help me:
- Make yourself a cup of tea. The 5 minutes it takes to make the tea is enough time for me to get over the sudden craving
- Drink a glass of iced water or iced lemon water (I squeeze the lemon juice around the top of the glass)
- Eat some dark chocolate (I normally eat with 80% or more cacao)
- Eat an egg (white)
- Go for a walk, do laundry, read or keep yourself busy with something else so you don't think about it
- Brush your teeth ;-)
- eat a little bit of mustard
