My husband and I went out on a date night on Saturday and I enjoyed my treat meal of the week :-).
I actually realized over the last few weeks that if I go all out on my treat nights my body reacts really good to it so this weekend I had some fish and chips (French Fries) and of course some chocolate cake (I shared it with my husband but considered ordering a second one because it was so good lol).
Yesterday I went to the gym and had a great shoulder/triceps workout. I still keep my cardio to the minimum for the next two weeks. I was happy to see that my legs did grow over the last few months.I have today off which is good because it is a hard day for me (personal reasons). But I still made it to the gym for a back/bicep workout and I started with my prep cooking for the week. So far I made sweet potatoes, boiled eggs (not pictured) and cooked some ground turkey with asparagus, mushrooms and broccoli.
