This morning I started my day with one of my favourite smoothie's.
Spinach Berrrie's Smoothie:
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
and a sprinkle of cinnamon
