Where it started

In 2012 I started eating clean and lifting weights regularly. I always loved working out and one day I found Jamie Eason's Life Fit 12 week's trainer  (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html and gave it a try. I loved it!
With changing my diet to clean eating I started feeling better, my hair and nails looked great and I toned up.

Growing up I never liked myself. I started my puberty at the age of 9 and by the age of 11 I started having curves. Kids in school made fun of me and I thought I was too big. My whole life I never really liked me until I started lifting weights. I love to challenge myself and see progress.





1,2,3, here we go

Growing up my mum always told me and my sister's that we should write a diary. She said it would be fun to read them later in life and this way we could remember things we probably would have forgotten.
On our last move I found my diary and it was hilarious, surprising and sad at the same time!

This is why I start this blog about me getting healthier, stronger and happier :-)!
