Back on Track

I am back home for almost a week now and I am totally back on track again. I just hope that I will be able to sleep better this week because I still wake up super early every morning.

Since I am back I make sure to drink a gallon of water (3.7 litres) a day and I eat every three hours. This helped me a lot. I will keep doing this for the next few weeks and I will start working on my arms, shoulders and legs twice a week. My butt and legs are were I store my fat and I have a really hard time building muscle on my arms. I will try this out and see if it will help.

My countdown for my photo-shoot started and I have a little bit over a month left ;-). I will keep my treat meals but won't go as crazy and maybe I won't do them every week. Not sure yet! My sister will probably visit me in May so I will work around that too :-)!

Plus of course it is our last month for the "get bikini ready" challenge. I hope you are still with me!
