I love baking and try to find healthy treats all the time. A few month ago I discovered Coconut Flour and fell in love :-). Coconut flour is high in fibre, low in carbohydrates and a good source of protein. I like it so much that I replaced it for almost everything I bake.
If you do not know The Jazzythings website yet you have to check it out (or follow her on Facebook). She makes amazingly delicious treats and if you follow me on Instagram you know I already made a few things like the Blueberry Banana Bread or the Double Chocolate Coconut Protein Cookies. Yummy!
