3 Month "get bikini ready" Challenge

Today is March 1st. Spring is almost here and summer is around the corner. It is time to get into bikini shape and get ride of the winter layers. So I am having a three months get bikini ready challenge for you that will end May 31st 2014. The winner will get a great price (three of my favourite fitness related things)!

What do you have to do:

  1. Like my Facebook page and follow me on Instagram
  2. Comment below your name and what your goal is
  3. Send a recent picture of you with weight and height and the date from a newspaper or other source to my E-Mail address littleswitzer@gmail.com (I will post some of the transformations so please make sure it is a picture you like people to see or let me know if I am not allowed to share it)
  4. Sign up until Friday, March 7th 2014 12 p.m.
  5. Challenge ends May 31st. You will have to send me a progress picture again with the date from a newspaper or other source.
During the next three months I will also have some weekly fun challenges to keep you pushing. So keep posted!
Now go out and have fun running, walking, lifting weights and eating healthy!

  1. I am in! I have a lot of weight to lose. I have gained over 15 pounds in the last year due to inactivity and poor eating. Due to some health issues, I just let it all go and I'm really regretting it! I want to have a realistic goal, so my goal is to lose 15 pounds by May 31st. I also want to see gains in strength and find ways to eat healthy on the run. I am gone from the house almost every night from around 3 pm through 8 pm due to kids sports practices etc. We are always on the go with four kids and I have a hard time finding ways to eat well while being gone from the house so much. Quick and convenient becomes by go to and I need to plan more. Anyway, those are my goals and I am excited about the challenge!- Jen Fisher

  3. I'm in too! My goal is also 15 lbs by May 31st. Going to be doing lots of meal prep and gym classes. So excited to get started! :)

  4. My goal is to walk around comfortably in a bikini. I am going to start the vegan for fit challenge by Attila Hildmann next monday. Los geht's..!!:-)

  5. My dear friend, I'm so happy to see you do this and I'm in! My goal is to get fit and comfortable to wear a swimsuit in public again, lol! Although I will probably need more than 3 months, but it's an awesome start :D
