Chia seed pudding

I was craving something sweet but wanted to stay on track so I googled and found this yummy Chia seed pudding recipe.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon



Mix all ingredients in a big jar. Pour the mixture in three small bowls cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until thickens.
