I spend some time in the kitchen yesterday :-). My trip to Switzerland and my photo shoot are getting closer so I wanted to make sure I am eating right EVERY SINGLE MEAL!
I made turkey muffins, baked sweet potatoes, chicken and asparagus. I also prepared some overnight oats and boiled some eggs.
