I am having a busy summer as I am going back to Switzerland for a wedding in a few weeks. I never really mentioned anything but my photo-shoot that was planed for June got canceled so I will do that towards the end of the summer. This will keep me motivated for the next few weeks plus of course the upcoming wedding.
My plan is to keep lifting heavy and do cardio 4-6 times a week. I want to be leaner! I really like separating cardio and lifting so I will keep doing that. I will also keep tracking my macros which I started doing first day back from vacation. Hopefully I will see some changes in a few weeks :-). I'll keep you posted ;-)
